If you have made a purchase on our store it will be processed immediately. However, it may take a few minutes to reach you in-game! The only exceptions to this are charms bundled with ranks - these will be hand-delivered by staff!

Refunds and Chargebacks:
If there is an issue with your purchase, please first contact @Diamondback88 in the Parallel SMP Discord server with proof of purchase for resolution.
Payments furnished to the Parallel SMP Tebex store are for ranks/cosmetics/items to be used in-game, all transactions made are final, and no refunds will be given. Exceptions to Parallel SMP Tebex store refund policy will not be made in cases of player bans from the Parallel SMP server.
Any chargebacks opened against the Parallel SMP Tebex store will result in an immediate IP ban from the Parallel SMP server, all affiliate servers, and the Parallel SMP Tebex store.
Additionally, purchasing packages does not make players immune from punishments on the server.
Any part, provision, representation, or warranty of this Agreement, which is prohibited, or which is held to be void or unenforceable shall be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof.
